Active Local Involvement
In August 2014, the world focused on Ferguson, Missouri, as protesters and police violently clashed following the shooting death of Michael Brown Jr. Centene came together with other corporate, civic and community leaders to begin the work of moving Ferguson forward. The story of how the region moved from anger to action is a study in regional healing and growth.
