Centene is proud to be named a Top 50 Company for Diversity in 2022 by DiversityInc for the third consecutive year.

Centene advanced three spots to No. 33 on the respected list this year. The company was also recognized on two specialty lists this year, ranking No. 13 for Top Companies for Latino Executives and No. 17 for Top Companies for Black Executives.

Launched in 2001, the survey is a comprehensive, data-driven diversity, equity, and inclusion analysis of thousands of the largest U.S. employers. The assessment collects data across six key areas: Leadership Accountability, Human Capital Diversity Metrics, Talent Programs, Workforce Practices, Supplier Diversity, and Philanthropy.

Centene is also honored to be a 2022 Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality for the fifth consecutive year, after receiving a score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index.
